AMSPAR and City & Guilds work together to provide qualifications recognised by Ofqual for the sector.

A range of qualifications are offered.

Legal Aspects

As the health sector is such a huge and complex are it is covered by numerous regulators and legislation. It is important that the medical secretary, practice manager, administrator and receptionist is aware of this in order to ensure they do not break the law or compromise the safety of the patient.
