I have a team of Receptionists who are keen to get a formal qualification in their work. Unfortunately I can find no AMSPAR courses available in our locality (Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire) or indeed East Anglia. Are there any plans to introduce AMSPAR in any of the local colleges or do you have any other suggestions? I had hoped that with all the NHS training facilities at UEA Norwich there might have been AMSPAR available there perhaps?
